Summary of Tropical Storm Bill:
Bill formed on June 16th and died out on June 21st. Bill was affected by a rare event called the Brown Ocean Effect. That means that already wet soil allows intensification over land. This effect happened over Matagorda Island. After Bill was upgraded to Tropical Storm, he came ashore in Texas. Weakened to a depression again and later would die three days later.
In Guatemala, Bill caused so much flooding two people died.
In Honduras, two died from flooding and two went missing.
In Cancun, one died from electrocution in the city.
In Oklahoma, flooding caused two people to die.

Tropical Depression Bill is now entering Oklahoma with a speed of 7 mph with wind speeds reaching up to 25 mph.

Tropical Storm Bill is at the Oklahoma-Arkansas-Missouri boarder. Moving east-northeast at 11 mph with winds up to 20 mph. It should soon by nothing but remnants. It is to reach the Ohio Valley area by Saturday at the latest.

June 17, 8:40 AM Update: Tropical Depression Bill
Bill was down graded to a Tropical Depression last night. Winds reach up to 35 mph. He is moving north at a speed of 13 mph with a central pressure at 1000 mb. All warnings are over. Once Bill dies out, the remnants will move up towards Ohio and the states just south and west of Ohio.
